Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Kiron mobile application ("App") operated by Berkeley Labs ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using Kiron, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Kiron is a fitness tracking application that allows users to import, manage, and log workout programs. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms.
Kiron is offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are available on a weekly or annual basis. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may manage and cancel your subscription through your device's account settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. Only one free trial is permitted per user.
You must create an account to use Kiron. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of the workout data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Kiron is a workout tracking tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. Use the App at your own risk.
All content, trademarks, and data in the App, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos, are the property of Berkeley Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen in the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Berkeley Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
